We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

SHIPPING Processing Time Orders are fulfilled by Supliful and typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery (USA) • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days We currently ship within the United States only. Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates. RETURNS & REFUNDS Due to the nature of health supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@polycreators.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Wrong Item Received Contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
